Shri T Rabi Sankar, Deputy Governor, RBI presented the award to us.Themes we participated in were 1. Innovative, easy-to-use, digital banking services for differently abled (Divyaang) and 2. RegTech solutions to facilitate more efficient compliance for Regulated Entities (REs).In the first theme, we proposed SL Avatar, a groundbreaking solution fostering inclusivity across digital banking touchpoints. Endeavouring to seamlessly translate speech and text into sign language and vice versa, SL Avatar ensures accessibility in video KYC, customer support and chatbots, mobile banking and educational resources.In the second theme, we proposed MUNAFA - MUtilated Notes Adjudication For All. MUNAFA streamlines compliance with RBI's Note Refund Rules, offering a global Regtech solution applicable in countries like South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam, apart from India.
