      Lead the capability agenda for all Mid to Senior Level Management in Supply Chain, India. Responsible for driving Leadership, Functional, and Business Skills capability program in line with Business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Functional Capability: Designed and implemented, month on month, a unique program with a good mix of capability offerings across Plan-Make-Source-Deliver in line with Supply Chain growth agenda. This includes expert TED-style speaker sessions, knowledge sharing by COEs, Leadership dialogues and more. HR partner to 400 blue-collar employees and 20 executives which included HUL's first all-woman-plant with 24 female blue-collar employees.- Lead the capability building of blue-collar employees based on individual skill gap, business requirement and in line with the World Class Manufacturing standards. - Responsible to initiate and drive Business linked Employee Engagement initiatives.- Handle Shop Floor Disciplinary issues; Proactive Grievance Handling; Welfare and Facility Management. - Lead the CSR initiative of the factory. Responsible for managing the Skill Development Centre-Prabhat at 3 locations in Haridwar along with the NGO partner. Activities included trainee induction and orientation, proactive grievance resolution, and qualitative and quantitative progress assessment of the NGO partner's contribution. Key Achievements● Member of People Development (PD) and Personnel Change Management Committee which drives Organizational Development interventions across the site.
