      For the duration of 8 months I trained as part of the GB rugby sevens squad, culminating in my selection for Team GB at the Tokyo Olympics.

      Captained the England 7s team for 2021/22 World Sevens Series. Following the Covid pandemic and recent Tokyo Olympics, the squad was significantly inexperienced as we aimed to build a new programme following a large exit of great English 7s players. I was awarded the captaincy and am very proud of what we achieved on the pitch, including 1 bronze medal in Malaga Jan '22, as well as shaping the environment to "Cultivate Greatness".
