  I am an Account Manager with a book of business of 30 clients. I help troubleshoot anything ranging from simple payroll fixes to complex tax issues that are very time sensitive. There are instances when collaboration with internal business partners is necessary to solve a problem. This requires a lot of verbal and written skills to explain and reiterate the problem for other peoples understanding, that we can all move to a resolution in the quickest way possible. I managed a payroll processing team for two clients with an estimated total employee count of 10K employees. Our team was responsible for processing payroll, updating employee records, managing timelines for important key dates to insure that employees were paid timely and all tax reporting was handled in compliance with tax agencies. As a Client Services Team Lead I handled client escalations, provided associate coaching, worked on special projects that improved the efficiency of the overall business. This included helping associates with talk tracks for sales lead generation when clients would call in and optimizing new PIN technology to ensure clients could get to a representative quicker when they called in.
