  I coordinate the work of the NCI Agency liaison to the Strategic Commands staff for all matters pertaining to C4ISR capability delivery. I lead business development, diversify the NCI Agency’s customer base and oversee the development of a Customer Relationship Strategy and Customer Engagement Plan (CEP) generating customer engagement opportunities in line with the Agency Strategic Plan. I provide leadership, management and governance to develop and implement requirement-driven and customer-centric approaches to cooperation development through the establishment of non-Commonly Funded collaboration frameworks with NATO nations and other non-Commonly Funded organisations. I also manage the organisation of annual Senior Customer Conferences to face and promote dialogue with NATO HQ, ACO, ACT and NATO agencies as well as CIO Conference to engage nations as customers. Moreover, my responsibilities include the delivery of a Customer Service Catalogue for improved customer understanding of and ordering against the NCI Agency’s services.
