Warehouse layout change management, material flow, reasonable stock reserve, warehouse utilization. I was also project manager for Replenishment project. Project was extensive in Tallinn factory and successfully finished with 1 year as planned. Goal of this project was to improve material replenishment system, having agreed and documented processes and ways of working in production and warehouse.
