  Red Door Shed productions (formerly Dach-sound Creative) is the central west’s first port of call for creative audio, stage management, wardrobe and cast liaison with experience onshore and international.For audio, we provide imaginative solutions for:-Vocal recording and production.-Audio editing and megamixing. -Sound design, sound effects and foley.-Music production and songwriting.-Audio promotion and Advertising.

  BMEC is the central wests premiere entertainment venue. With our theatre, a 642 seat proscenium arch with intimate seating for all patrons, to our Showroom, our flexible performance and conference space, the venue attracts major names and a variety of public and private events. Across my roles at BMEC I’ve been responsible for:- Operational oversight of the staff, operations and budgets of the venue. - Staff leadership, coaching and development of box office, operations, marketing and hospitality areas. - Commercial management and strategic planning. - Programming with oversight of venue hire and presentation’s. - Ongoing development of the overall customer experience, measured through feedback and NPS. - Financial process and reporting. - IT system management.- Change management and process improvement.- Reporting and Analytics.
