Major areas of my responsibilities are;• As yarns and materials expert, I have a detailed experience of Sustainable Yarns, Biodegradable Materials, Recycled Materials, Smart Materials and High Performance Materials, • As Product Technologist, I have a vast experience of Circular Knitting, Product Development and Marketing.• As a central planning and execution wing, my section is responsible for optimum utilization of resources (Human capital, Machines, Materials and Time) for developing new products, for lab-to-bulk trials and for quality parameters standardization.• Responsible to manage product data, quality assurance, testing and wear trials [internal and external] of Socks, Scarves, Caps and Tights.•My section is also responsible for product costing, developing product sell sheets, developing product tech brief sheets and preparing project presentations for marketing wings [ILP, EU and US].• Data management of company’s sales against innovative concepts using ERP and Fast React [FR] system modules.• Responsible for communication with lawyers for data recording and updates against Trademarks and Patents.• Successful project management against customers; NIKE, Adidas, H&M, C&A, Target, JCP and many more.• Result oriented and efficient in communication with customers regarding Time-and-Action (T&A) Plan, On-Time-Performance (OTP), Lead Time, First-Time-Through (FTT) and Quick Feedback to customer queries.
