  Panel Engineering:o Understand the Electrical Standards and Statutory norms for Panel engineeringo Understand BBL processes and standards for Electrical designo Arrive at optimal design of panelo Conversant with EPLAN Engineering softwareApplication Engineering:o Analyse product/solutions requirements communicated by Sales based on customer requirements.o To develop optimal Drive & automation solution Solutions ( in various verticals like Plastic, textile, Metal, printing, packaging, Metal, Crane, Automated test bench , EV , wind mill ) ensuring compliance with all customer requirements by using drive and other automation product like PLC,HMI, SCADA.o Develop software for PLC/motion controller, SCADA , HMI and related interfacing products to satisfy application requirements.o Visit site and/or discuss with customer for detailed study & clarity of respective new application.o Support sales team in presales activities on technical front to win the order.o Develop the design and technical specifications of the Drive & Automation Solution – along with implementation guidelines, timeframe for project completion and communicate to Operations team.o Incorporate design changes, if any, demanded by the customer within the predefined time frame and secure customer approval for the changes.o Develop manufacturing instructions, EPLAN and AUTOCAD drawings based on the finalized specifications and communicate to the Production department.o Visit site along with commissioning engineer for system validation to customer’s satisfaction. Based on the feedback from site, if required modify the design to suit customer’s technical requirement.o Work towards value engineering for cost competitiveness, reducing application engineering lead time and improving quality of design.o Support to develop indigenous new products like IIOT.o Study industry best practises and adopt it for excellence in application engineering.
