      As Diversity Program Manager, I am responsible for leading and developing a comprehensive diversity strategy that crosses recruitment and hiring practices, learning and development, retention and employee engagement. I work as a lead within our agency's Diversity Management Committee to introduce and deploy D&I best practices to achieve our collective corporate goals. As a member of the Policy, Planning and Data Analysis Division of the Office of Human Resources, I support the HR Director and Chief of HR Policy by acting as a program manager and subject matter expert responsible for identifying, designing, and developing workforce metrics, key performance indicators, reports and leadership development programs as well as analyzing data in order to transform large volumes of data into user friendly management information.       In this position, my primary role is the development and implementation of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy for the HSUS that promotes a culture of inclusivity and belonging. I will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in designing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, create strong relationships with both internal business partners and external organizations and lead the team to deliver on our talent strategy while staying current on market trends and innovative recruiting techniques. I will be responsible for: Developing a strategy using expert knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion research, theory, and practice; Leading and supporting activities including policies and programs related to recruitment, hiring, retention, promotion, training, and outreach; Working collaboratively with senior leadership to ensure HSUS' DEI strategy is aligned with key organizational priorities and serves as a trusted resource for advice and counsel on matters pertaining to the HSUS culture of inclusivity; Overseeing, analyzing, and monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
