  Operations Manage Livelihoods center logistics, including supplies management, stock management, and planning purchase requests. In coordination with the IRC Community Liaison Officer act as security focal point for the livelihoods center. Support the livelihoods manager in overseeing livelihoods center operations budget.1 Oversee all center setup and center rehabilitation/repair projects and coordinate with service providers as needed and report it to the livelihoods manager. Act as the primary focal point for communicating with community members including the local council in coordination with the outreach officer.Program Implementation Support the market assessments to identify gaps in market for skills and labor needs to feed into vocational training and apprenticeship strategy. Oversee the day-to-day programmatic activities under the center. Update the livelihoods center work plan in close collaboration with team; Ensure programmatic target indicators are met within the pre-established deadline. Provide capacity building training to center staff on range of topics including work plans, reporting mechanisms, job-specific training Ensure, where possible, that the livelihoods activities are closely integrated with activities of other sectors, including WPE and CYPD.
