      Debrief planbalie

      Bij PostNL droeg ik verantwoordelijkheid voor de begeleiding van bezorgers. Als eerste aanspreekpunt ondersteunde ik hen dagelijks, van het inladen van hun bus in de ochtend tot het evalueren van hun dag bij terugkomst en het aftekenen van hun uren. Daarnaast was ik verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de pakketstatussen en het uitvoeren van controles op de bezorgers om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verliep.
