  As a teaching Fellow of Teach for Bangladesh, I worked at a low income government primary school where I was a full time teacher of 60 students of Grade 4. I was responsible not only for their educational development, but also for their psychological development. It was my duty to engage with their community and understand the socio-economical condition along with the mindset of people who live at an underprivileged society, which gave me the opportunity to develop my skills to communicate and negotiate with others as well as it provided me the chance to think critically about the drawbacks of the low income communities and how to overcome them so that they can get their basic needs and walk forward to achieve a better future for the upcoming generations.   Territory Officer

  As a Territory officer, I am responsible to maintain the demand-supply balance of Banglalink products at my territory along with maintaining close communication with the retailers and customers. It is one of my duties to make strategies and implementing them on the market according to the market feedback to achieve monthly sales target through my field force and ensure customer satisfaction by fulfilling their needs. I also need to ensure proper trade marketing visibility and collect market feedback and insights to make my sales process more effective and efficient. Along with that, I train my sales team with new and creative sales techniques to make them more capable to do their duties properly. Through this role, I get opportunities to learn more from the stake holders which develop my communication skills and improve my way of engagement with my field force, customers, retailers and other concerned parties of the company.
