Oversaw the delivery and business development of the Creative Mixed-Use Initiative. The initiative provides a matchmaking service for real estate partners, offers training modules to help organisations through these complex development processes, and provides site-specific support for mixed-use buildings. Led a new program to formalize the partnership process in creative, mixed-use real estate development.
