      Oct 2013 - Feb 2015
      Adaptive Sports Coordinator

At ILSM I was the first person that anyone saw upon entering our office. Along with greeting prospective members, taking them on tours of the building and ensuring they are aware of our programs and services, I was also the Adaptive Sports Coordinator, ensuring each day that our adult members stay physically active. We went to the Y to workout, play active video games, go on field trips to go horseback riding, play mini golf, bocce, disc golf, hiking, x country skiing, adapted rowing etc. just to name a few sports activities. Thanks to all of our volunteers who assisted with the many trips and outings.I also assisted the Marketing staff with fundraising events; whether that is selling raffle tickets, promoting our annual gala or breakfast to increase ticket sales, ads or sponsorship. I am truly in my element when it comes to events; I love meeting all of my contacts and making new acquaintances while networking. Show less
