  I have spent the past 27 years in executive and senior leadership roles in private sector land development, local government, healthcare and higher education. In my current role as the President and CEO of "The Reach" I am responsible for the planning, site preparation, branding, marketing, and sale of 100 amazing acres of land located immediately adjacent to Thompson Rivers University (TRU) and in the middle of the City of Kamloops in British Columbia, Canada. Our development property has a view that can only be described as breathtaking and world class. The Reach is a "people first" development company that is setting a new urban edge in Kamloops. We are creating and building a profoundly meaningful and relevant sense of place where individuals, couples and families will find their ideal lifestyle balance.
