  In this 12-month role, I was the first associate to represent the Matrix Professional Global Marketing team across the entire business by reporting to both the Hair Color and Retail pods. Working alongside 25+ markets and zones, I owned concurrent projects for a 15M EUR brand renovation, including a comprehensive re-design of 6 swatch books and a product packaging renovation for the entire global color product portfolio. Along with managing numerous stakeholders and ensuring that all projects met our target dates, I also developed a launch plan for our vivid hair color franchise. I created and pitched an omnichannel go-to-market strategy for this category with projected FY sales of 1.6M EUR (+61% vs 2020).   As an intern, my primary focus was performing quantitative and qualitative analyses of our multi-brand, online marketplace in its Alpha phase. I developed a weekly dashboard tracking website metrics - including ad impressions, click-through rate (CTR), traffic, cart add rate, bounce rate, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and time on site. I then leveraged this data into personalized reports to inform site optimization strategies. Apart from these day-to-day duties, I also compiled internal and brand-facing reports for 500+ webpages using behavior flow, keywords, Google Analytics, and Hot Jar.
