Youth for Food Security & Nutrition The Committee on World Food Security Aug 2015 One of ten youth chosen to take part in CFS 42 Youth for Food Security & Nutrition Idea Incubator in Italy,Rome in October, 2015. I was given an opportunity to pitch my idea which looked at how to engage youth to end hunger & malnutrition. My initiative 'Garden to Classroom' aims to expose elementary children to horticultural practices using school gardens and the primary produce(fruits) would be made into healthy snacks and supplied to the School Feeding Programme.
