   Responsibilities of supervising entire activities of different products planning for procurement locally (South Africa) as well supply from India vendor as and when required to meet mfg requirement, supply against clients’ order as well taking care of our own plants maintenance requirement also. Taking care of Non-compliances of Dept. based on External Audit report to enhance the system and process. Reviewing and monitoring offer from South Africa vendor & India vendor. Negotiation with vendor to get the materials within budget. Planning and managing the advance procurement action discussing with Sales & Marketing for raw materials, e.g. Rubber, Chemical, MS Plate, Hardox, Aluminium, Press & Mould, H/w for the financial year for the smoother process further. Development of new vendor locally as well as at India also for rubber product and other materials, instruments etc. Taking care of the logistics part, freezing shipping liner etc. with help of Logistics concern in case of Import items for South Africa. Development of new Logistics / Clearing Agent vendor at South Africa to take care of all incoming materials to South Africa, e.g. from India or other overseas vendor. Supervising entire activities of different products planning, Sales for procurement as well supply from PAN India vendor as and when required to meet mfg requirement, supply against clients’ order as well taking care of our own plants maintenance requirement also. Responsibilities of supervising entire activities of different products of Mineral Processing Industry & process of it, so that materials can be despatched on time as per requirement by client / site. Reviewing and monitoring contract activities and prepare progress reports for MIS. Conducting monthly progress review and weekly technical meetings with SAP reports for updated status with all concern department, e.g. design, sales, purchase, operations, logistics etc. Show less
