  Manage global sourcing and allocations for all of The Kasper Group woven sportswear labels- Work with multi-brands & design teams each season to review styles and fabrics to determine factory allocation- Project yearly commitments and communicate to global factory base- Review and negotiate FOB costs in global factory base to maintain corporate target mark-ups- Responsible for reporting final financial rollups for each season to corporate CFO.- Liaison with raw material team and technical teams to ensure all deadlines for development and production are met- Analyse unit buy plans after market to ensure unit commitments are met with each factory- Assess factory’s production loads on a monthly basis to make sure product is shipped according to calendar.- Work with global offices regarding negotiations, production trouble-shooting, and factory strategy through weekly status calls and daily emails- Meet with current and new factories/vendors to explore and research potential opportunities for any of the 6+ labels- Support product delivery and performance for wholesale accounts and special markets- Correspond with overseas QC and domestic warehouse teams to ensure product is meeting quality standards- Work with social compliance team regarding vendor/factory strategies Show less
