  During my time at Maple Avenue Marina I started as a valet runner and finished as an Assistant Manager. My responsibilities were to retrieve guests vehicles, supervise employees, assist the manager in cash deposits, any problems guests had while parked in the parking lot and supervised parking lot cleanliness. As Assistant Manager I also worked close with the Owner to assist on any problems we encountered with employees.

  During the Spring and Summer months I created and implemented individualized training programs. I instructed hitting and pitching lessons for middle school kids looking to improve their skills. I worked with them by setting goals to reach, such as throwing more strikes or making better contact. I created different types of drills each week and gave them the knowledge they would need to succeed at the next level.

  As a Valet Runner my responsibilities were to Greet and welcome guests as they arrived at the hotel. I retrieved guests vehicles and assisted them with their luggage. During this time I became a Porter for the hotel and worked closely with the Valet Runners. We worked as a team to find efficient ways to better assist each guest staying at the hotel.

  During the Summer months of June, July and August I was asked to Coach the Islip Junior Varsity Summer Baseball Team. I was responsible for putting together practices and coaching all games. We worked together on basic fundamentals and pushed each other to succeed not just on the field but skills they could use in their everyday life.

  I worked as a Patrol Deputy for two and a half years answering calls and deterring crime. Throughout my time on Patrol I was able to assist the community in several circumstances. I attended town hall meetings and spoke with many citizens on how to work together. While working on Patrol I worked as a team with my other employees. In August 2016 I transferred to the Legal Process Division working for the Domestic Violence Unit. In this time I have learned different skills, such as office management and organization. I've learned about different type's of Civil Papers within the Sheriff's Office. Also throughout this time I have investigated many Domestic Violence crimes. Show less

  In August 2016 I was hired as the 13U Head Baseball Coach for Proehlific Power. During this time I have participated in multiple tryouts and different training sessions. Throughout the Fall Season we have worked with the team to improve not just their baseball skills but also skills they can use in their everyday life. Once Fall Season ended we started our Winter Workouts. During these workouts I have assisted in organizing the conditioning drills for each team.
