Show less I started the FEXCO Graduate Program in January 2016, which involves rotating through FEXCO's different departments such as Operations, MBSO, Finance and Professional services to gain a broad overview of the company, while experiencing all parts of the group. I began the program within their Merchant Services group working on their Confluence site. Confluence acts as their central knowledge sharing system which is used all across FEXCO's Merchant Services.I spent further time in various departments, including the Corporate Payments division and the Products team which is documented below.
