Primarily developing demand forecasting model and micro-simulation model, analyze transportation impacts during construction, evaluate and recommend network mitigations. Prepare conceptual plan of lane configurations, street closures, turning and parking restrictions, signal timing plans, transit service changes, active transportation facilities, and traffic calming.
