  My dream came true after failing 4 times. I got elevated to ASM thereby reaching my personal goal and I am hereby responsible for handling a revenue of over 6 CR along with 150 + retail outlets. Help RDS increase business ROI and maintain good liaison with all Key Accounts, develop business from them and look for new avenues of revenue generation. As a Territory Manager my key responsibility was to drive revenue from my designated mapped outlets and search for new business opportunities. Tracking competition scheme and market movements and plan counter measures for the same. Arrange best position branding visibility and set drive and achieve New Product Launch targets. Responsible for managing retail outlets and driving sales targets, mapping and finding new retail points from where business can be driven, maintain good liaison with distributor and retailers, maintaining proper stock in both distribution and retail points, ensuring proper service and order delivery, maintaining team hygiene and ensuring achievement of set targets. As a Manager Trainee, I have been trained across all verticals starting from sales, training, promotions, marketing and personnel management.Based on my performance and management decisions I was elevated to Field Force Manager.
