  Globally responsible for leading and further developing the Global Updates team for IFS Applications™. Responsibilities apply to operational delivery, including capacity planning, scheduling and quality control, as well as continuous improvement and preparing for the future. Continues to work in the Global Support Organization which provides after sales supports for all customers around the Globe. Mainly connected to the Financials and HR product but working across products when needed.Apart from the above, holding the Team Lead role for the virtual 'Global Update Team' which involves applying Updates of IFS Applications for customers around the globe. Worked while an undergraduate (80% weekly). After six month of training on basic technologies used in IFS, was part of the IFS R&D team for Service &Asset product. In 2007, moved to Customer Support team and was involved in providing after sales support for customers.
