  In this role I have the responsibility for carrying out desktop analysis and field inspections inrelation to meter defects, customer and billing complaints, meter reconciliation, data reconciliation and the meter replacement program. I participate in, and lead my own area of responsibility in all aspects of health, safety and environmental management, including risk assessment, hazard identification and control and incident reporting.
