  - Placement under maintenance technician on static team- Most of the time we manage to unplug and install PSV,- Follow up some servicing activities such as lapping,grinding and apply sand paper at the leaking place.At wall burner mostly do servicing the bullet,follow engineers to check the safety procedure.- At the workshop mostly will do welding by wearing safety equipment such as gogle,glove,safety helmet and safety shoes.

Tunjukkan kurang - Assisted my Planner and Project Engineer to do documentation include daily progress report,prepare quotation and timesheet for subcon and manpower.- Complying with safety and regulation during maintenance activities.- Expose in the technical drawing such as detail equipment drawing, bill of materials drawing, and piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID).- Prepare suitable size and rating of gasket and flange for blinding and deblinding activities at site.- Follow up with client for Permit To Work before doing activities at site.- Expose to the mechanical static equipment jobs such as blinding the pipeline with the correct specification of blind’s size and the pressure rating, box-up the vessel with the correct method of tightening up the bolt and nut, calibrate Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) and hydro test duty. - Complete the preventive maintenance orders checklist in the system.- Perform in servicing the mechanical static plant equipment such as Valve,Piping and Strainer- Responsible for the preparation of equipment and material requests.- Deal with the static equipment of the maintenance work and material related with the storehouse and purchasing department.- Develop the Standard Plan for the plant preventive and corrective maintenance work and report the Key Performance Indicators.- Prepare the clear scope of work, completion date, proper lead time, the correct equipment identification, and the proper charge number, and discuss the details with the originator of the work order.
