  - Member Management. So much work, so little time. At IMA everyone is also an account manager. I managed a dozen member accounts, making sure they get the business development, personal attention they merit.- Events. We shined at Mobile World, Barcelona last Feb. 500sqm pavilion with over 40 companies hosted. I was in charge of the details before, during and after this tradeshow: making sure the budget broke even, coordinating the designer, builder and various suppliers, handling the members requests and needs.In addition, as a service to our members, I held 2 sessions of 'a demo is born', where an invited panel of VCs and choice CEOs reviewed the members' 6-minute demos and presentations, shared feedback and advice. - Monthly roadshows and more monthly 'knowledge cafe' events means being in constant communication with IMA's 2000+ ever growing community: nearly daily 'news flashes'and weekly emailers.- PR is always a sore subject with zero budget. But at our recent Mobile Ad event, I initiated a team effort to contact the major players in our market, and associate them to the event. It took a lot of personal effort, creativity but we'd never had such turnout before.- Web.
