My duties include coordinating with IACP staff and the U.S. Department of Justice, grant sub-recipient organizations, consultants, and contractors and ensuring project goals, budgets, and timelines are met. Other key responsibilities include overseeing curriculum development, conducting research, reviewing course content, creating a marketing strategy, facilitating meetings, workshops, and roundtables, and managing a DOJ grant budget. Additionally, I am responsible for leading and motivating a project team, assigning tasks, communicating effectively with team members, partner agencies, and government representatives, and resolving issues and conflicts that may arise.
