  Worked in IT Infrastructure department as database administrator on the platforms MSSQLServer, Sybase and MySQL. In these different platforms where some critical and robust systems need to be connected and transferring data with high performance, the biggest challenged was to maintain those systems working, upgraded and connecting with the new systems. This transition involves 10,000 servers within Austria, Italy, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia to the Cloud environment.   Currently I'm working for a Mainframe Global Transition department, lead and manage projects for The Hartford, focusing on zOS migration to zCloud.Overseeing all project management controls, including technical, financial, and customer-facing aspects. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact with the customer, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and resources effectively. Identifying and mitigating project risks and escalating issues as needed to ensure successful project delivery. Play a key role in identifying and resolving complex technical challenges, such as developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive project success.During the first semester I lead and managed projects for Global Account DOW, focusing on updating network and voice infrastructure and devices. Show less During this period, I worked as a PM for Private Cloud Services department, dedicated to the zOS IBM data center migrations to cloud, starting on the Mainframe world. It was a big Lift and Shift program where we perform migration without changes on the systems and guarantee that everything would work "AS IS" it was working on the old DC.At the beginning of this program, I was working very closely with the managers, architects, and sponsors on creating templates, the way of managing, the tools definitions and controls. On this program I leaded successfully the entire zOS data center migration from Japan to the IBM zOS Private Cloud in USA that it involved more than 50 Petabytes of data. Leading teams in China, Brazil, Japan, Australia, and USA, and had the opportunity of interacting with a wide range of skills spread across the team, as the cultural and different time zones challenges. I have been improving effective ways to keep this large roster of professionals in sync while managing information accurately using my experience and skills acquired throughout my career.After this big project, I led successfully two very critical financial systems that occurred smoothly, without impact on the business, and I received important feedback from the application leaders and customers, such as the technical squads involved.
