      1. Prospecting, onboarding, and managing relationships with major private and public sector customers within the wholesale group. This also includes developing and aggressively implementing business development strategies that ensure that at least 70% of the value chain of customer's businesses is retained within the bank's ecosystem2. I have been able to discount invoices and receivables of over N450 Billion. This includes discounting the 13% derivation refund notes and the Bridge Finance facilities due to selected states in the South-South. These transactions generated significant revenue and liabilities for the bank.3. Critical analysis of the character and financial soundness of customers that fall within the Bank's RAC to avail credit facilities to such customers. I have successfully disbursed and managed a loan portfolio of over N180 Billion. This includes various on-lending and direct facilities to customers. These facilities have been/are undergoing repayment without a default history.4. Continuous monitoring of the team's performance on all budget lines. Brainstorming and deploying strategies to cover lags and achieve at least 100% of set targets. My team has been able to achieve over 100% of all its assigned targets for 4 consecutive years.5. Understanding key regulatory requirements on AML, CFT, EDD, PEP, and suspicious transaction reporting. I implemented in-branch and team strategies that drastically reduced recurring internal and external exceptions on customer onboarding by over 80%.6. Cross-selling of the bank's products, services, and various payment solutions, thus maximizing revenues from customer relationships.
