I was the liaison between the sales and technology departments and my daily goal was to build systems that made information ready for sale and delivery to customers.

  Senior applications architect

  As a Senior Applications Architect my primary responsibility was to build business applications for the internal erp system. When flex 2.0 came out I switched full time to developing a flex framework that is layered upon C# backend services. Over the next year and a half I became the interface team lead and spent a substantial amount of time mentoring the flex development team. I also came to bear a considerable amount of influence on the back end infrastructure which was being transitioned from an older model (written in Oracle Forms) to a more scaleable Service Oriented Architecture. During my time at Woodward, I also helped build internal business applications with Cold Fusion and one of the first home grown ajax libraries that used asynchronous calls to dynamically load bits and pieces of rendered html web pages.
