      Mr. Sinsabaugh was employed to establish a new support center to provide the SSA EWD with resolutions to their IT technical issues. This support center provided assistance to approximately 2400 users spread across the United States and Puerto Rico. The foremost consideration of this support center was resolution of customer issues. As such, the processes and procedures developed, the knowledgeable staff hired, and the support center environment allowed for an 80%+ call resolution rate.
