  Infrastructure Project Management of MRT Tunnels construction and reinstatement of surface road and utilities. 1) coordinate with different agencies (PUB, SPPG, SingTel, StarHub etc) to divert the affecting services and pipeline for facilitating the MRT tunnels & station construction.2) Management of Main Civil Contractor, Qualified Person (Supervision), Qualified Person (Design) & Instrumentation Contractor, to ensure works are carried out with compliance of statutory requirements.3) Monitor the progress of works, highlight any potential delay of work with Contractor to implement mitigation methods to catch-up the works when there is delay. Ensure that each milestone in the baseline program was achieved. 4) Involve in managing the safety of the construction site, ensure safety by identifying near misses and unsafe actions and following with rectification. 5) Prepare paper to seek for management approval if there is any change in the design and scope of work. 6) Coordinate with PUB Catchment and Waterway (C&W) to confirm on the alignments of multiple canal diversions to facilitate the construction of MRT tunnels in stages. Monitor closely on the stage construction work and ensure work near or within canals would not affect the existing water flow and canal capacity.7) Management of public relationship with the surrounding stakeholders. Proactively involved in engagement with stakeholders and public regularly to ensure the existing MRT work were carried out without adverse feedback. Any feedbacks raised by stakeholder was addressed and closed within the responding time.8) Coordinate with LTA Traffic Management Department for traffic diversion which facilitate the exist MRT Structure work. Liaise with different stakeholder prior to commence of diversion.9) Involve new contract tendering and reviewing base on the submission requirement and tenderers’ past experience. Show less
