I have over 16 years of experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects, from inception to completion, using agile, iterative, and waterfall methodologies. My core competencies include project scoping and shaping, stakeholder and vendor management, communications and change management, risk and issue management, and IT process improvement. I also have a strong background in business and systems analysis and software development, which enables me to bridge the gap between business and technology.
