  As an analyst, we are responsible for providing efficient solutions and configuring the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements. My role mainly involved creating and managing automated system workflows, improving service portal experience, and more. I have been involved in Australia and New Zealand projects, primarily focusing on implementing enterprise service management (ITSM and CSM). As an intern, I went under training for some the major products of ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CSM, and HRSD) and was assigned to projects — configuring the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements. My role involves managing and creating forms, configuring system notifications, and customizing service portals. The projects I worked on mostly focused on designing, implementing, and enhancing IT service management and customer service management (CSM).
