  I delivered in-person and virtual instruction to students of Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering at the Department of Chemical Engineering, thus driving academic excellence. Not only did I foster positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment, conducive to students' progress, but I also assessed students' performance and provide necessary feedback and training to help them improve their scores and boost academic standing. I spearheaded research projects, securing grants and publishing findings in reputable journals. I also collaborated with colleagues and partners for cross-disciplinary advancements, as well as with department faculty committee and administration to assess program effectiveness and propose improvements. I evaluated students' progress by designing and administering tests or exams, and delivered necessary feedback to facilitate their academic development. I also collaborated with industry partners, leveraging expertise to bridge academic and practical insights in the field. In addition to coordinating with departmental committees, contributing to strategic planning and accreditation initiatives, I directed innovative research projects, securing substantial external grants, and publishing in top-tier academic journals.
