  The KPone Independent Power Plant was a 340MW combined cycle power plant located outside Accra in Ghana. The scope of work included the all infrastructure and equipment for the power generation plant, including the design and construction of the onshore and offshore sea water infrastructure.   Hydro mining pilot plant for a limited duration trial at Sierra Rutile Limited, Sierra Leone:As part of the Sembehun project development, an alternative mining method was identified that could have possibility of improving the projects financial viability. A specialist contractor was identified to assist with this assessment and a concept study was implemented on this alternative mining method. The outcomes from this study justified the establishment of a pilot plant to trial the implementation of this mining method on site, establish unique site specific parameters and determine the technical viability of this alternative mining method going forward.My role consisted of all relevant project management responsibilities from the scoping phase through to the detailed engineering phase, procurement and logistics for all item, execution of the construction works on site, implementation and operation of the trial, concluding the trial and reporting the final outcomes.
