Improvements in Fixed Value ChainDevelopment of self service functionality for large enterprices Responsible for campaigns, sales and budget in the business market for Fixed products Responsible for campaigns, budget in all segments for Broadband DSL Working as Value Chain Architect to increase efficiency within sales, delivery, opereration and billing within Managed Services. I worked with product development and operational efficiency within the business segment of Internet Access, Voice over IP and IPVPN. Worked as Head of IP Net in Nextra, 100% owned company of Telenor, with focus on Internet and Internet services. I was responsible of three departments; development, customer fault management and operation.
