  Production pattern maker for women’s missy dresses using Tuka tech computer pattern making software. Created patterns from sketch and measurements by utilizing established blocks, creation of new blocks, and occasionally rubbing off samples to get a desired fit. Draping was required for certain styles. Muslin's were later converted into a paper pattern and then into a computerized pattern. Was responsible for producing 10 to 15 patterns a week. Attended fittings two times a week where I took notes, made proper adjustments and finalized design, spec, and construction details for production. I was able to increase pattern production by 15% by being efficient, keeping fittings to a minimum of 2 fit samples while consistently meeting weekly deadlines.   Work with designer on seasonal development stages to identify and develop silhouettes, issue initial specs as well as resolve technical issues for design integrity, target price, delivery and quality as directed by design and merchandising teams. I help to develop, create and maintain fit comments and measurement specifications through Web PDM. Measuring garments for fittings with speed and accuracy are one of the many processes I oversee. Keep well organized records and templates including labeling, package standards and construction standards. Resolve technical issues with clear written communication to factories a daily basis.
