   Experience working in Structural and Fit Out construction works. Surveillance inspection of all civil ongoing activities at the project site. Coordinating with construction engineers and PMT (Project Management Team) & Project Inspection Department (PID) for inspection of each activity for client approval. Coordinate with Consultant regarding the site activities as per standard. Inspection of concrete finishing and building finishing according to standard and specification. Inspection of all formwork and Reinforcement steelwork as per standard. Collate and follow up closure of NCR’s. Deep ability to read and interpret building plans, specifications and building codes; make mathematical computations rapidly and accurately. Great ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Reviewing all quality related activities & preparing all quality related reports on site. Preparing Weekly report of project related to project Quality Management. Reviewing third laboratory inspection. Conducting material inspections for all CIVIL items delivered at the site. Assist the site QC manager in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system. Coordinate with the site subcontractors to ensure that communications exist and are maintained. Monitoring compliance of contractor work quality on site. Providing written reports and support to the QA/QC Manager. Carrying out surveillance activities on Contractor’s construction activities to ensure compliance with approved methods/materials. Assisting senior construction staff to monitor and close non-conformances. Reporting on Quality performance at construction meetings. Maintain Calibrations register for any monitoring and measuring equipment in use on site. Attend the weekly QC meetings.    Studying, following, and implementing the approved design drawings, specifications, and schedule completing all activities as per planning &scheduling with good quality. Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection) for all civil/architectural activities and materials. Site inspection and examination to check for all quality-related procedures in the site to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications. Solving technical issues, providing advice, and reporting the site activity to QA/QC Manager. Update and maintain the latest revision of all project documents. Review, coordinate, and forward submittals, inspection requests, and technical queries to the project team. Ensure that project engineer and responsible persons provide detailed reports and information as required and in accordance with the ITP. Monitor any sub-contractor activities in accordance with surveillance plans. Retain hard copies of any site records and inspection reports that are to be included in the As-Built documentation files. Assist in the review and approval of the contractor’s QA/QC system and procedures. Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements. Planning and completing all daily inspections and necessary tests with Consultants to achieve the quality of construction as per Qatar Construction Standards QCS 2014 and project specifications. Coordinating with the construction engineers and client inspectors for clearing designated inspections. Coordinate with Subcontractors' QA/QC team and their 3rd party technician to ensure activities as per the Project Specifications. Coordinating with the consultant and QA/QC Engineer to get the approval in order to complete the activities as per the drawings and specifications. Issuing the NCR for any nonconformance. Assist the QC manager and construction manager in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
