  I had the opportunity to lead and onboard a team of around 20 professionals in the Energy & Sustainability group. Our team's expertise spans across various business lines, with a strong emphasis on consultancy within the domains of Energy Transition and Sustainable audits. Together, we worked towards driving positive impact and sustainability in the projects we undertook. The Climate Risk Tool, following the PIEVC Protocol, offers insights into various climate risks and future scenarios, assessing their impact on assets. It serves as a valuable resource for making informed decisions and building resilience through adaptation and mitigation measures. The project's success is attributed to a remarkable collaboration between developers and climate experts from The Netherlands and Canada. In my role as the Global Innovation Lead (DPG), I worked closely with our worldwide Developing Professional Group (+2000 members) to spearhead innovation initiatives. Together, we organized global innovation competitions and collaborated extensively with the Innovation Office, fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability within our business. Our collective efforts aimed to drive positive impact towards building a responsible society. As the Manager of Helpdesk and Improvements, I focused on growing the team's capabilities to play a more important role in integrating operations, CRM, and product development within the 'Integrated Soil Risk Map (BRK-i)'. Our team serves now as a technical hub, facilitating communication and coordination to ensure efficient workflows and continuous improvements. As the Program Manager of the Utilities Innovation Platform, my role involved developing an innovation program and overseeing multiple teams. These teams actively contributed innovative ideas for new products and processes related to the 'Integrated Soil Risk Map.' Through effective coordination and collaboration, the program drove continuous improvement and added value to the business through technical and organisational innovations. As an Environmental Soil Consultant, the focus was on providing valuable expertise in soil quality and legal procedures, making significant contributions to the development and management of underground infrastructure projects in the Netherlands. The role encompassed advising on environmental aspects related to soil, ensuring compliance with contamination regulations, health and safety, and promoting sustainable practices for a safer and more resilient underground infrastructure.
