      I undertook a two month contract with Tube Lines Ltd during the gap between my 1st and 2nd year at Brunel University. My role within Tube Lines Ltd was a laptop and mobile phone auditor. Here I worked under pressure to carry out the audits of mobile phones and laptops to strict deadlines. It was also the first time I had been involved in formal meetings, where I learnt how to professionally conduct myself in meetings.

      This was my year in industry from university. At Yell Plc I was Infrastructure Analyst for Yell IS. This job involved me managing Problems and Changes within the business. I was given the opportunity to improve current procedures and design and implement new procedures where required within the Remedy System in use. This role involved me collating all business payments and reconciling them at the end of each working day. This role involved me collating customer details and deposits for photographic and filming services. I assisted customers to purchase a package which best suited their needs. Customers include children whom are part of BizzyKidz and BabyShak agencies, which are both owned under Bizzy Agencies and client shoots, which can include any clients of Bizzy Agencies and anybody else looking for photographic or filming premises.
