  Field Management Team (FMC):• Organize and participate in Annual Field Performance Review (AFPR), Annual Wells and Reservoir Review and Production System Optimization (PSO) Review. • Prepare yearly Wells, Reservoir and Facility Management (WRFM) plan.• Design Well test (Build-Up, Static Gradient, Flowing Gradient Surveys), develop proposals for acquisition of Bottom Hole Pressure (BHP) data, supervise BHP acquisition activities and analyze/ interpret well test data/results.• Use Reservoir Simulation and Material Balance Analysis to study reservoir and well characteristics and evaluate production schemes that would ensure optimal recoveries.• Calibrate/ Update Material Balance Models by Incorporating newly acquired data/and current system understanding into models and perform history match.• Carry out reserves estimation using Reservoir Simulation, Decline Curve Analysis (DCA), Material Balance, Volumetrics and Analogue analysis as input into the Annual Review of Petroleum Resources (ARPR).• Generate production forecast using Material Balance, Decline Curve Analysis, Volumetrics and/or Analogue analysis.• Carry out Pore Pressure Predictions (PPP) for developed reservoirs traversed during drilling and workover activities (HSE critical activity).
