  Managed, art directed, and produced multiple on-site and ‘long-arm’ productions for two photo brands, working closely with photographers, stylists and staff. Hired photographers and production personnel for each shoot accordingly. Managed budgets for each production while achieving or surpassing yield quotas and staying within cost parameters. Developed the yearly Content Maps for both brands based on creative research, sales data and collection needs. Responsible for redefining both photo brands as more cohesive collections, and re-establishing each brand’s identity without compromising their existing styles. Conceived and created a new Style Guide to define the look and subject matter of the collections, ensuring that they remain unique against the other Jupiterimages brand offerings. Increased the roster of photographers by recruiting seasoned contributors and fresh talent. Scheduled and conducted brainstorming sessions with our Creative teams. Show less Conceptualized photo shoots for Thinkstock and Creatas, as well as other Jupiterimages brands, art directing domestically and abroad. Made all final decisions on staffing, casting, locations, and wardrobe selections. Guided productions through to final edit stage, where their success has been proven through a solid sales history. Managed editing of all collection acquisitions. Implemented a Retouching Reviews Program, working closely with the retouching staff to ensure that quality standards were met, expediting time to market. Show less
