      Developed airfield operations policies, procedures and supplemental instructions to support 15 Air Combat Command airfields and 25 air traffic control facilities. Provided technical assistance to 15 airfields, 25 air traffic control facilities and 10 Air National Guard units. Directed staffing for Air Combat Command airfield operations documentation, including operational requests requiring Higher Headquarter approval. Navigated three airfield extended temporary closures; analyzed risks and requirements which clinched A3 (2-star General) authorization for Wing Commanders. Show less Director of Operations/second in command of largest Expeditionary Operations Support Squadron in the Area of Responsibility providing leadership and direction for 400+ rotational Airmen and directed combat support ops for 77 aircraft. Lead and mentored 8 flights (over 120 personnel at any given time) earning 12 Expeditionary Operations Group level awards, 2 Air Expeditionary Wing awards, 11 Air Expeditionary Wing Safety awards, and 3 Air Force Central Command Safety awards. Developed a phased approach for a 750 million dollar Qatari Air Force airfield ramp expansion project which reduced the loss of capability from 24 months to 3 months. Managed 1.1 million dollar runway rubber removal project by melding the project with Air Tasking Order missions and still completed project 40 percent ahead of schedule. Orchestrated a KC-135 cooling tube design in which 4 safety hazards were eliminated and the design was implemented as the new AF standard. Advised the Operations Group Commander on all budgets issues for 9 squadrons as the Group Resource Advisor. Responsible for a 500K dollar operating budget from development to execution. Managed command and control training for 7,000+ multi-service officer, enlisted, civilian and international students. Supervised 720K annual budget and oversaw squadron facilities, simulators, and computer equipment. Led adaptation Airfield Management to Airfield Operations Officer course which saved 22K dollars in TDY costs and reduced upgrade times by 1 year for 13M officers. Directed the re-flow of the Battle Field Airman course which led to 20 percent reduction in attrition and created a 98 percent success rate through-out the 2 year long training. Developed computerized access program for student dormitory which ensured security of Airmen and was identified as an Air Force "Best Practice."       Transit Operations Manager

      Serves as the daily manager and coordinator for the fixed-route program activities at MATS. Supervises personnel engaged in fixed-route transit services; responds to customer concerns and needs; analyzes the system and implements improvements; ensures that policies and objectives of Federal, State, and local stakeholders are considered and implemented. Additionally, ensures that a safe, clean, reliable, and cost-effective public transit route service program is provided to the community.
