  As an Instructional Designer at Chewy my primary focus is on creating, developing and managing the new hire training content that is used when onboarding and training our newly hired customer service agents within their first 90-days as well as creating clear career paths for growth within the company. As a Scheduling Analyst I worked with team members and various partners within the business to schedule team members when coverage was needed based on our reports and business reviews. I worked with team members at all levels to schedule their preferences as best as I could within the needs of the business while also reinforcing internal attendance policies for those seeking schedule changes. As a Training Supervisor at Chewy I was the primary facilitator and lead trainer in the classroom when training newly hired customer service agents. As the supervisor I ensured learners were able to retain the information they needed to perform their jobs confidently and successfully while ensuring business practices, standards, and policies were enforced.
