      I moved on from CTS and joined into Zanussi and my main responsibilities as following, In short period, I reduced monthly closing time from 8 days to 3.5 days by optimize the process and push the people to practice more actively on their duty. I also successfully found new loans (100M RMB) to finance the company for business growth, created and updated finance polices and procedures for which put on more control on the company daily operations. By the joint efforts with management team, Zanussi has started to make profits after 10 years losses in year 2007. I succeed substituted loans from ICBC to ABC in year 2007 by having 60M RMB more and moved main supporting bank from ABC to CMBC by having another 25M RMB loans more in year 2011 again. I obtained 16M “loss of profit” insurance payment and 8M “property all risk” insurance payment after one year long time negotiations with Ping An insurance company which subject to the fire accident occurred in year 2010.
