The O&M services for ISCP was provided by the Wipro starting from the date of Takeover of the Intelligent Network activities in the manner of operating a 7X24X365 Data Center with the Hardware and Software required to support AIRCEL IN Services.Roles and Responsibility: -• To monitor the overall TELCORDIA ISCP service based Servers (SCM, SPACE, DRS, CPs, SLDBs, SS7 and Diameter FEPs) through MOC GUI as well as through backend (command-line).• Troubleshooting of MSAP Software based alarms, errors on various Servers and bad status of hardware (RAM, Power supply, Link and Main board of FEPs etc.) under various circumstances.• Handling all type of Post Call Notifications (End of call, SMS, DATA and Balance Check) for AIRCEL Subscribers through TELCORDIA SPACE (Service provisioning and creation environment) tool.• Responsible for TELCORDIA Voucher Management System while changing the states of Vouchers present in EDB (Environmental Database) server through backend by Using/Creating UNIX Shell Scripts.• Monitoring CDR samples for all prepaid scenarios while accessing TELCORDIA DWS (Data Warehouse) server using SQL and shell scripts or CRONTAB Scheduling. • Responsible for follow-up with TELCORDIA Tier2 support line to resolve the Critical and Major issued TRs.
