  Accountant

  Farmek (today Swedish meat) is productive within the food industry and buy the farmers cattle and sell it as either meat or refined products. They had a turnover of roughly 4.000 MSEK and about 2000 employees. I worked as an accountant with responsibility of monthly reporting in EPOS and reconciliation of AR and AP vs GL. I did also the annual reporting of all dormant companies and acted as contact person for actual reporting figures in the Annual Group report.

  Head Of Accounting

  In 1994 I was hired at the Swiss elevator & escalator company Schindler as Head of Accounting. Schindler AB had about 200 employees and a turnover of 200 MSEK. At Schindler I developed my skills in ERP (SAP) and was as a super-user in Finance, responsible for the migration of financial data from BPCS to SAP R3. Before the start-up I developed instructions and guidelines in a financial operation manual plus trained all financial staff. I was responsible of all daily accounting as from VAT and project reporting till monthly reporting to Schindler Group in Ebikon.   Freudenberg Simrit AB is sales company with focus at OED customers and whole sales distribution. FSAB had about 45 employees and a turnover of 225 MSEK in Sweden and doubled amount for the Nordic region. I was hired as Finance Manager Sweden and Controller Nordic and had responsibility for 7-8 employees within accounting, IT and administration. As a project leader for two Nordic SAP projects at Simrit I developed my organizational skills and delivered a go-live at scheduled time and within budget. Together with the CEO and the Sales Manager I formed the management team for the Swedish company and together with the Regional Director, we represented the Nordic region towards the Group Management in Weinheim, Germany.   In September 2004 I was contracted by Meritmind as a SAP consultant and worked at Liber group in an interim project during a SAP implementation. My responsibility was mainly to be speaking partner between the German implementation consultants and the Finance department at Liber. I also wrote an end-user manual for the Finance and Controlling module, which was later used when I trained the end users before go-live.

  I started at Nynas in August 2005 as a Finance Manager Naphthenics with 6 employees whereof 3 direct reporting. Nynas is an international oil company with an annual turnover of approx. 23.000 MSEK and has about 900 employees. During my years at Nynas I have system wise been working in JD Edwards accounting module and Hyperion as Group reporting tool. I have worked as Finance manager with one foot in the Bitumen Business Area (Asphalt) and the other foot in Naphthenics Business Area (Special oils). I have during one year also worked at Group reporting with focus upon consolidation of the whole Nynas group. I have participated in implementation projects of JDE worldwide and have had direct reporting personnel in USA, South Africa, Turkey, Estonia and in the Nordic countries. During last years I have had a team of four Finance managers (Nordic) and three Head of Accounting (ZA, TR, RU) direct reporting to me. Show less

  I was responsible for the group accounting and reporting at Medivir group with a team of four employees direct reporting to me. Medivir is listed at the Stockholm Nasdaq mid-cap since 1996 and has brought two medicines from idea till finished drugs sold at global basis, namely Xerclear (v.s. herpes blisters) and Olysio (v.s. Hepatit C). I participated in a SAP project as project leader for Finance where we migrated data from Agresso and Navision into SAP 4Hana for 5 companies. Project was within budget and finalized in 4 months! Together with Implema we later won 1st prize as best ERP project in 2015. Show less

  I was acting as Senior Financial Controller at Bruker Nordic and supporting Finance during a merge and SAP project where four companies were merged into one Swedish legal entity. I was responsible for the annual reports both before and after the acquisition and merge plus that I prepared the PPA and tax packages in Sweden and Denmark.

  I was responsible for the accounting and reporting of ByggVesta Group plus their Joint Ventures Grön Bostad and HållBo with a team of four employees direct reporting to me. All reporting was done according IFRS regulations for real estates in Sweden. I have been responsible for the group consolidation of all three groups within ByggVesta and have been primary contact towards the auditors and banks. I have also been responsible to finalize and file all Annual reports and related supporting meeting notes from board meetings plus handling and reporting of all Income tax declarations for the group parents and related subsidiaries.
